What to dress as...

I'm chatty today..

Gustafs Skål is holding a 12th Night Ball, which is a masked ball. I haven't got the slightest clue on what to go as. I don't have the energy to make something new. A large part of my 18th century wardrobe just doesn't fit anymore. So my dresschoice boils down to wearing this one:

Or this one:

So I'm thinking of sprucing one of them up with a hat and/or a mask. I need to find a theme, though. I guess the green one could be used to go as Autumn or something forestry. The red one... No idea.

I love your fur trimmed gown so it would be my choice :) Because of the fur, I think you could make a wonderful winter sprite in it. Me - I think I'll go as a magpie...

The fur-trimmed gown is so perfect to the occasion! You could be a winter sprite, as Mme Berg said, or a sort of feminized Father Christmas, or a huntress...or a fox!

I like the fur trimmed gown as well - and the idea of going as a fox --- you could have a lot of fun designing the mask!

Well, the fur it is! Thank you all for your comments! I have some fur left, so I will mull a little on what to do. Elsewhere I got the comment to add antlers and go as a deer. Maybe...

Love the fur trimmed one, and the idea of going as a fox! Or go as 'winter'

Thank you Dreamstress. I like the fox idea, but is, at the moment, thinking more in an antler direction...
